With 12 F1H2O Grand Prix victories and a career that spans from Formula 2 to the absolute pinnacle of offshore competition, his expertise ensures that the racing product on the water is flawless.
COLE LEIBEL
Co-FounderCole Leibel brings a powerful combination of business acumen and elite racing success to the organization. As the owner and driver of the Raymarine/Big East Super Stock team, Leibel dominated the 2025 season to become the APBA Super Stock World and National Champion. His remarkable performance earned him induction into the prestigious APBA Hall of Champions Class of 2025, cementing his status among the sport's elite.

Event Manager-AdministratorWith decades of executive leadership in marine operations, Randall Truesdale orchestrates the complex logistics that make ROAR Offshore a premium reality. From coordinating with municipal authorities, USCG, EMS, and LCSO to ensuring a seamless VIP experience, his operational expertise is the engine that drives the event weekend.
